Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Briko AI account and what data is removed as part of that process.

Delete Your Account Inside The App

1. Open the app and sign in Use the account you want to delete.

2. Go to Settings > Privacy Open the Privacy section from the Browser / Settings area inside the app.

3. Tap “Delete account permanently” The app will ask you to verify your identity again before deletion.

4. Confirm the deletion flow After verification, the app deletes the account-linked data and clears local device data used by that account on that device.

What Is Deleted

Account-linked profile data associated with the deleted user account.
Synced tasks, notes, reminders, and related workspace data stored for that account.
Locally saved task attachments, AI cache, reminders, and local workspace data on the device used for deletion.

Some limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, billing disputes, tax/accounting obligations, legal compliance, or enforcement of the Terms. Deleted data may also remain in encrypted provider backups for a limited rolling backup period.

If You Cannot Access The App

If you cannot access the app anymore, you can contact support and request account deletion manually.

Response Time

Manual deletion requests are reviewed after account ownership is verified. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless applicable law requires or permits a different period.
